I Have A Herring Problem
March 24, 2012I Have A Herring Problem is from the OPI Holland collection for Spring 2012. The polish is described as a ”shimmery green-blue”, though it tends to pull more blue than green on me. The champagne-colored shimmer is obvious both in the bottle and on the nail, which I appreciate after using polishes where the shimmer disappears after application.
The formula was excellent – very easy to apply and opaque in two coats.

On the second day, I wanted to spice it up a bit so I added a coat of Luxe and Lush from China Glaze’s Capitol Colours collection. Luxe and Lush does have texture, so a top coat is a must if you want a smooth finish.
