Birchbox is a $10 (USD)/month subscription service (shipping included). Each month, subscribers receive at least five beauty, grooming, and/or lifestyle samples. Birchbox is also available in France, Spain, and the UK.
I haven’t had a chance to try this month’s items, so general descriptions from Birchbox are below!
Real Chemistry Luminous 3-Minute Peel (full size 1.7oz/$48; sample value .17oz/$4.80) – An acid-free exfoliating peel that leaves behind smoother, brighter, softer skin.
Amika Bombshell Blowout Spray (full size 8oz/$24; sample value 1oz/$3) – A lightweight styling spray that volumizes, smooths, and protects hair.
Nuxe Creme Fraiche de Beaute (full size 1.5oz/$34; sample value 0.5oz/$11.33) – “This best selling moisturizer is made of aloe vera and plant milks that help your skin maintain optimum hydration levels so it feels soft and refreshed.”
Chella Eyebrow Defining Gel (full size 6ml/$18; sample value 4ml/$12) – A clear brow gel that “lifts, holds, and grooms each hair into place.” Can be used on its own or over another brow gel/powder.
Coastal Scents Blush and Highlighter Duo (full size 8 pan palette 1.58oz/$19.99; sample value 0.023oz/$0.29) – Two favorites from the Blush & Bronzer palette to add a pop of color to the cheeks and a shimmery highlight “wherever you want a lifted and defined look.”
Also included this month was a little mirror, though I would be a bit hesitant to take it anywhere without a padded case. Perhaps it’s best to slip it into my desk drawer for touch-up purposes.
Box Value – ~$31
